The Carpigiani 161 Bar / P soft ice cream and frozen yogurt machine produces approx. 270 portions per hour and is operated at 220 volts.
Carpigiani soft ice cream machines are famous for the amazing soft ice cream and frozen yogurts they produce – always fresh, soft and creamy. These new table-top devices with one dispenser are characterized by their higher production capacity, the simple handling, the maximum maintenance simplicity and their extraordinary price-performance ratio. They are very compact, with a surface of only 50 cm in depth, in order to facilitate installation.
In the middle section the horizontal production cylinder is located, where the elaborate self-regulating agitator guarantees perfect production conditions, constantly monitored by HARD-O-TRONIC (HOT). The HOT is an electronic system, which allows the operator to choose the consistency/creaminess which suits his ice cream.
In the front, the dispensing pipe for the ice cream portions is attached. It is covered with a hygienic protective cap which is only removed for dispensing.
The production cycle
The dispensing pipe is used to serve a portion of soft ice cream. At the same time a corresponding amount of mix is transferred from the upper refrigerated tub to the production cylinder in order to be “frozen” immediately. In a very simple, hygienic and fast way, many soft and fresh portions of soft ice cream are produced one after the other.
Which mix can be used?
All mixes can be used such as the ones created of fresh, accurately pasteurized products or the ones with comfortably half-processed ingredients for fast and simple production. Also, ready, liquid pasteurized mixes available in hygienically sealed packages can be used.

In the upper part of the device the refrigerated tub can be found which cools the mix down to a constant +4 °C, permanently controlled by a thermometer. For all used machines offered by us the following applies:
- Overhauled, defect parts were replaced with original spare parts
- Technical components disassembled, cleaned on the inside and outside
- Exchange of defect wear and tear components and installation of original spare parts in our workshop
- Update according to EC regulation. 1005/2009 of the refrigeration system with prohibited refrigerants such as R-502 and R22
- Satin finish and reconditioning of the stainless steel surfaces with CNC ceramic grinding technology
- Several test runs in our workshop documented by the respective skilled worker
- Delivery with Garbilupe and Operating Manual of the corresponding manufacturer
